Billy was born December 8, 1962 in Biddeford, the son of Stanley A. and Nancy L. Parent Inniss, and following the untimely passing of his father on February 13, 1974, had the good fortune to have Edward Eldredge become his step-father, and who helped raise Billy.

A lifelong member of Masonic bodies, he joined the William Whipple Chapter of Demolay, and then St. Aspinquid Lodge # 198 AF & AM in York, where he was elected to serve as a senior deacon before his illness prevented his attendance at lodge.

Billy enjoyed being outside, fishing from his boat both on fresh water and off Nubble Light in York, and driving his four wheeler and any fast car he could find.

He is predeceased by his father Stanley Inniss.

Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Nancy and Edward Eldredge of Wells,
A son Edward Alexander Inniss of Lebanon,
A daughter Katelyn Guillmette of Sanford,
Two sisters, Kerrie Millian of Waltham, MA
