Condolence: Before retiring four years ago I worked for 22 years as a cashier at Wells Hannaford. Walter was always one of those customers who I looked forward to seeing come through the door. He always had a warm greeting and wide smile! I know that Walter did a lot for our Wells community over the years. It seems appropriate that the picture shown here is with him wearing his Rotary "Service above Self" apron. My sympathy and prayers are with Walter's family and in particular his Wells Rotary family.

Sincerely, Judy Ryan

Condolence: Dear Leffler Family, I was so saddened to hear of Walter's passing. He will be missed dearly.. Anytime Walter entered our Safety Office, it was always with a smile and a joke and/or hysterical story. A piece of Walter will always be with me and the Safety Dept. at SMHC. It was an honor and privilege to have known him. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this extremely difficult time.
