Obituary for Robert R. "Bob" Tucceri

Robert R. "Bob"  Tucceri
Robert R. Tucceri Sr., 88 years, a resident of Lyman, ME formerly of Kennebunkport, ME and Wellesley, MA, died Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough, surrounded by his loving family.

Robert was born in Wellesley, MA on August 16, 1929, a son of Joseph Rocco and Virginia ( Evans) Tucceri, and graduated from Wellesley High School. He served with the United States Army.

Robert was a self-employed Stone Mason in Wellesley, MA for many years.

He enjoyed cooking, reading and spending time with family.

Robert was predeceased by his wife Alyce in 2010, 5 brothers Louis, Albert, Joseph, James, and William; five sisters Mary Tedeschi, Frances Schleis, Linda Tucceri, Dorothy Gentile and Virginia Gustowski.

He is survived by two sons Robert R. Tucceri, Jr. and his wife Denise of Red Deer, Alberta, Canada, and Laurence “Larry” Tucceri and his wife Amy of West Kennebunk, ME; a daughter Alyce Swan and her husband Tom of Lyman, ME; a brother Warren Tucceri of Cambridge , MA and sisters Carol Mortarelli of Bellingham, MA and Claudia Tucceri of North Carolina. Robert is also survived by his six grandchildren: Barry, Bonnie, and Robert Tucceri, Thomas Swan, Samantha and Matthew Tucceri; 6 great grandchildren: Destiny, Claire, Wesson, Alexa, Luke and Sloane, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial Mass will be held at St Martha’s Church Kennebunk in the spring of 2018.

Donations in his memory may be made to St. Andre’s Health Care Facility, Activity Account, 407 Pool Road, Biddeford, ME 04005.
