Condolence: My heart goes out to you and your family on the sudden loss of John. I have been to the orphanage in ShenYang two times in the past, the last being in 2006 where I met a very adorable little girl named MingGe. She quickly stole my heart and I was so happy to hear she was adopted by such a loving family. I still stay in contact with Migyeong and Elaine. Praise our forever faithful Heavenly Father who is always with us - He will provide for you daily. You are in my prayers, Amber Kinner (Casper, Wyoming)

Condolence: Danelle,Jack & MingGe,

We are so sadden by the heartbreaking news. John will be in our hearts and memories.

I still remembered that day about 10 years ago, he said first hello to me in Chinese outside of Toddle Inn;

I still remember anecdotes he shared with us each time he came back from his summer trip to rural areas in China, where he volunteered to teach;

How could we also forget the annual ritual that we had to bring our little kids together, walking down Kennebunk main street for trick or treat!

John, you will be greatly missed, may God bless your soul in eternity!

Condolence: I still can’t believe the news of John’s passing. Although I knew John in elementary and high school I was blessed to be asked to be his photographer at Danelle and his wedding. Even after I moved to CO I enjoyed having a few play dates with our children. My fondest memories of John are of us driving around in the red station wagon and watching him work on the Sunny W showing me how to deep sea fish, something he was very good at. I was so impressed that John would make Danelle’s lunches for her everyday and admired their loving and respectful relationship.
I love reading all of the stories from his students and how he impacted their lives. I feel so blessed to have had John in my life- he was very special.

To Mr. and Mrs. Daley, Jill, Jamie and Jennifer I am so sorry you have lost John. Know that he is with God and that He may comfort you during your time of sorrow.

Danelle, Jack and MingGe my heart goes out to you and will hold you in my prayers.
