WELLS
Judson A. Redlon, 78, of the Barron Center in Portland, formerly of Wells, died Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at Maine Medical Center following a period of failing health.

Judson was born February 6, 1940 in Biddeford, the son of Maynard and Mildred Hutchins Redlon, and lived at home until age 10 years, then he was placed at Pineland Center until he was 22-year-old and his parents took him home to live with them once again and resided with them until around 2007, at which time he moved into his niece’s home. He was moved to a nursing home due to respiratory issues, eventually being placed at the Southridge home, an ICF, in 2010.

He attended Creative Works System day program, where he is successful in a variety of activities and also attended CPI (Community Partner Inc.) day program “Senior Enrichment” in Portland.

Most recently he has resided at the City of Portland Baron Center, and was a member of the Wells Congregational Church.

Survivors include a brother, Dennis B Redlon, last known to reside in Biddeford, and a niece Bethany Littlefield, of Arundel.

Judson is described by his team members as a very loving and social person, and misses having closer attachment to others.
