My thoughts and prayers are with her very loving family. Marlene will be greatly missed. I had the honor of professionally mentoring with Marlene for a couple of years. She was a dedicated professional who was very generous with her time and energy. In her busy day she always found time to spend with me. Throughout that time and during her battle with cancer she had an inner strength that was truly inspirational. She loved to talk about her family and I always enjoyed getting pictures of little Ivy, the light of her life! It was a privilege to work with her and get to know her. I will miss her greatly!

Dear Marlene's Family, This is a time of great sadness for so many of us who knew and loved Marlene. But none greater than yours, her family. She was a woman of great strength, integrity, grace and charm. I admired the way she faced down cancer. Always with courage, a strength of will like few, and a positive attitude. I am grateful to have had the honor of being Marlene's friend. While we spent many hours together at the office, it is our special bond as friends that I will hold in my heart, always. I will miss her greatly. Know that you were the reason for everything that she did. It was always to make your lives better. Her family came first. Hold on to your many memories of being together as a family, they will bring you comfort. Sending prayers and love to all of you.
