Condolences

Condolence From: Lisa Devine
Condolence: I am so sorry to hear of Louise passing. Several years back my husband, Carl, and I were in Carmel, CA where I happened upon several of Louise's pastels. I couldn't forget their beauty and spirituality, so a couple of years later I looked for her on the Internet. Happily I was able to find Louise, and after several emails she called me. She was so interesting and thoughtful, and we had several good conversations about her art, our families, dogs, travels and health concerns. She was like an old friend and I treasure those memories. I was able to finally purchase on of her spectacular pastels. It has been a source of joy to me ever since. May God bless Louise, and bring comfort to Carl and their children, and to all who love her.

Condolence: As I sit here in my living room saddened by what I have just read, I am flooded with wonderful memories of Louise. I just "happen" to have three of her other world spectacular paintings. Louise was one of those really special people. Took a long while to understand that she was an introvert and so she really helped this extrovert in many and varied ways. It has been a few years since I have had even a glimpse of her so would like her to know that I have been painting on a regular basis for a while nos and that I often will attempt to do something really creative and ethereal as she did. God bless you Louise.
Eternal rest grant unto her soul oh Lord....may she rest in the peace that passes all understanding!
