What a joy it was to work with Rich on the MD404 expansion project. A group of us enjoyed going to the Jetty for Happy Hour on Thursdays. I was one of the two employees to find him on Friday. He will truly be missed. God bless your soul, Rest in peace Rich. Prayer to his family.
