My mother was the best mother and grandmother that anyone could ask for. She was my best friend. She was a very strong and independent woman, who put everyone else before herself. She loved being a nurse and loved the people she worked with. She never complained through her struggle and never wanted anyone to fuss over her. She loved her family and would anything to protect them. She was the person that everyone looked to for guidance. The person everyone called when they were sick or just needed someone to listen. She would tell you like it was, no sugar coating it. She had a contagious laugh and a friendly smile. Mom, I love you always and the memories we made will never be forgotten. I love and miss you so much....
