John & Jennifer Hackett
Gertrude came into our life in her later years but we're so happy we got to know her and spend some time with her over the past 8 or 9 years. She cherished her family above all else and it was obvious to anyone who got to know her that she was an independent, spunky lady. During one of her more recent hospitalizations, her wicked sense of humor brought many a chuckle and I know that she will be missed by anyone who came to know her. Rest in Peace, sweet lady. We will most definitely miss you.
