Friend and former boss

I met Carol when she interviewed me for a job.  She hired me and mentored me and a few years later, promoted me.  She was so much fun to work with and for.  We became friends despite our 30 plus year age difference.  Of course Carol was the more energetic of the two of us.  I would always marvel at her stamina at work and at play.  Carol and I took golf lessons together much to the frustration of our teacher, John Stacy.  She stuck with it and became a good player.  Me, not so much. We had a lot of laughs on and off the course though.  I remember even having a work  meeting while we cross country skied on the golf course near her home.  Carol was up for anything.  She was so proud of her family and spoke often of her grandchildren and their accomplishments.  I am sure she is shaking things up in heaven.  My condolences are extended to the entire family.
