Obituary for Adrienne Cluff McAuliffe (Cluff)

Adrienne C. McAuliffe, 82 years, of Wells, died April 20, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Adrienne was born April 24, 1935 in Biddeford, ME a daughter of Everett and Barbara (Tarr) Cluff. On May 11, 1955 she married Francis ‘Gerry’ McAuliffe, celebrating nearly 63 years together.

Adrienne enjoyed quilting, reading and folk art painting. She loved lunches with her family and friends. She worked hard to be the best mother to her children.

Adrienne is lovingly remembered by her husband, Gerry; her daughters, Karen Robertson of Kennebunk, Kathleen Smith and her partner, Suni, of Laguna Vista, TX and Kelli Spencer and her husband, Louis, of Benbrook, TX, her sons, Kevin McAuliffe and his wife, Diane, of Darien, GA and Michael McAuliffe and his wife, Sherri, of Abilene, TX; 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

A funeral mass will be held at 9:30 am on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Holy Spirit Parish – St. Mary’s Church, 236 Eldridge Road, Wells, ME. Interment will follow in Arundel Cemetery in Kennebunkport.
