Obituary for Edith Blanche Merrill
Edith Blanche Merrill, 76, of spencer Hill Rd, died Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Southern Maine Health Center in Biddeford following a brief illness.
Edith was born November 30, 1941 in Biddeford, the daughter of Percy Jefferson and Edith Blanche Thorder Merrill, and attended Kennebunk High School.
She was employed with many local factories, including Kesslen Shoe, Morningstar, Arco Electronics and G.E. in Sanford.
In her free time, Edith loved to garden, listing to country music, and reading.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews, including Wanda Merrill of Center Barnstead NH, Sandy Merrill of Bangor, Terry Merrill and his wife Karen, Jeff Merrill Jr, and Ricky Merrill and his wife Becky, all of Arundel.
A graveside service will be held 9:30 AM Friday, June 22 at Arundel Cemetery, Kennebunkport, ME.
